- Condensed milk
- Ground cinnamon

- Pie crust mix
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees celsius and prepare the pie crust as per the descriptions on the packet.
- Peel and chop the pumpkin, then place in a medium bowl along with the condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt then whisk together.
- Pour the mixed ingredients into the pie crust, smooth the mixture out evenly and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees celsius and continue baking for a further 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve.
