Facilities and Process

Our plant is nestled in the midst of the rolling green hills and woods of the Buckinghamshire countryside on an eleven acre site.

The award winning construction of the building combines the raw material receiving, processing, cleaning, manufacturing, warehousing and despatch in an integrated facility.

At the heart of production are the high speed Martini packing machines, the best in class Maseto and Baumeister flour mills, the Getinge steam sterilizer and the formidable Sangati cleaning plant, in addition to a raft of mezzanine stacked units, hoppers and gravity feeders from where the output of finished goods is housed in a 7300+ pallet capacity distribution set up.
